FARMING AIMS
We 're along way from achieving our aims but this is where we 're going:
1. Build soil health - soil is the building block of life. We aim bring life back to our soil after +100 years of intensive agriculture
2. Increase biodiversity - reducing/eliminating the application of man made fertilisers & chemicals, drastically increasing the spieces mix of planting on the farm
3. Improve water quality - better soil health & deeper root systems improves water retention reducing erosion and run off into our precious watercourses.
4. Maximize carbon sequestration - by planting species rich pasture, utilizing cover crops and employing holistic planned grazing techniques
5. Produce nutrient dense food for guests, residents and the local community - Simple as that
6. Democratize regenerative agriculture -we hope to prove that being successful and good to the environment are not mutually exclusive

At Lower Nill Farm we aim to offer our guests luxury accommodation in a rural farm setting. Our huts are designed with comfort in mind and come with private wood fired hot tubs and fire pits.
Whether you're coming to the farm as a convient base to explore the Cotswolds or just want to escape for some much need down time your stay helps to support the realisation of our regenerative farming aims.
