How to order our
Cows are key to our regenerative system here a Lower Nill. We employ a mob grazing system which means they are moved daily within smaller cells. This helps pasture to recover and grow again plus the cow's manure is distributed evenly across the farm. The cows are so happy as they have fresh pasture every day. This is a key driver of how we improve soil health and regenerating the land and putting back more than we take.

Our cows are Aberdeen Angus and are slow-grown and are between 27 and 30 months when they are slaughtered. They only eat pasture on our farm (no processed grains, chemicals or fertilisers).

We will be selling most of the body in boxes; small, medium and large with a mix of steaks, joint, braising cuts and mince. We will also have a select number of the premium steaks (fillet and rib) available along with cuts such as Osso Bucco from the shin.

Regarding delivery, we are happy to arrange collection from the farm on the day that we receive the meat back to our farm; otherwise, we will freeze it the same day to maintain the freshness of the produce. If you are an egg club customer we can arrange delivery on a Thursday when you are in (probably in the evening).
